Why yes, I did go on a most excellent study trip last week to the UK where I learned a lot about all things hjgher ed. And yes, my study trip buddies and I did end up falling ill like geriatrics on a cruise ship. Current score is 9/15 participants ill.

Anyone in Toronto who can take a 9 yo dog with special needs?
Mac was shot when he was 2, some bullet fragments are still in. He needs pain medication. He's also reactive to loud noises (hard to blame him!)
My friend has had him for 7 years. Mac is a very good boy. However my friend is struggling with major health issues with no way out and has tried for MONTHS to find a rescue that would take Mac. My friend has no spoons left. And the vet suggested euthanasia. This coming Saturday.
