Discovered that a favourite local bike shop had to close last September because landlords wanted to turn it into a self-storage unit.

It's always bloody landlords, isn't it?

Ale piękną kiść cebuli kupiłam

1. A elementary school in Florida has banned a 1998 Disney film about civil rights hero Ruby Bridges, pending a "review."

I've obtained documents revealing exactly how this happened.

If I have zero points, I think that means I’m old. How many do you have?

– spytacie. Zapraszamy na tekst o Artykule 311a: https://panoptykon.org/pke-artykul-311a-poprawka-bezpieczenstwo-sieci

ICYMI in my feed yesterday Mozilla Firefox has browser anti-fingerprinting built in, it's just not enabled by default.

Browser fingerprinting is when 3rd parties use your computer's characteristics such as which fonts you have installed, your type and number of CPUs, etc. to uniquely identify you to advertisers or other even less friendly sorts.

In Firefox type in About:config, click the warning then type in the search window: resist

Set
privacy.resistFingerprinting
to True.

A friend has just made a #climatechange #postcard of the Polish coast in 2050, showing how the coastline will change - in the most tacky postcard-y style.

Major cities are flooded, but hey, a romantic sunset in the background!

We should introduce more #climate into our #popculture and make it easier to imagine.
