PSA: If you see a woman respond to a troll, it is never--ever--helpful to respond to her with something along the lines of "just ignore them."

She's probably ignoring 100 (or more) for every 1 she chooses to respond to. She knows that the path of least resistance is to ignore the troll & move on. She doesn't need you to inform her of that option.

A response is a conscious decision. You are *not* helping when you criticize (because that's what this is) that decision.

♥️♥️♥️Shoutout to the staff of the hotel I stayed at for expertly de-escalating a Karen situation!

♥️♥️♥️And shoutout to the white hotel guests that stuck around to make sure that hotel security heard exactly what she was trying to do. My favorite comment: "Wow! A Karen situation in real life! I've only ever seen these online! This is surreal! What is she thinking?"

End result, yours truly did not get kicked out of the hotel for no reason, and feels slightly better about the state of the world.

This stuff is a racket. I'd advise to install MuseScore from your Linux distribution's repository and never visit any websites associated with it.

MuseGroup's monetization schemes are vile.

W podręczniku do religii “Jezu, czekamy na Ciebie” Wydawnictwa WAM przeznaczonym dla uczniów i uczennic 3 klasy szkoły podstawowej można przeczytać zdanie: “Wolę umrzeć niż zgrzeszyć”, które traktowane jest jako postanowienie przed przyjęciem komunii.

Mamy kryzys zdrowia psychicznego także wśród dzieci. W 2022 roku 2031 osób do 18 roku życia próbowało odebrać sobie życie. To rekordowa liczba.

Tymczasem średni czas oczekiwania do psychiatry dziecięcego w Polsce to 238 dni, a minister Czarnek próbuje łatać braki na etatach szkolnych psychologów osobami bez odpowiedniego wykształcenia, np. teologami, a nawet technikami-rolnikami.

Każde słowo może zostawić trwały ślad w psychice dziecka, szczególnie przy tak delikatnych tematach, jakimi są wiara i religia, a słowa “Wolę umrzeć niż zgrzeszyć” zdecydowanie nie są adekwatne do wieku odbiorców. 1/2

A Google search would give you page after page of useful, interesting personal web pages about the thing you were looking for.

Wearing a mask while being trans in public is so nice because you can just assume all the weird looks you get are because you’re wearing a mask and reminding them that life is fragile and their government has abandoned them to probable disability and economic precarity.

On some level, I find it fascinating that a species aware of what may cause their own extinction, will do nothing about it.
