@StroomAfwaarts Mooie draden, en ik denk ongeveer hetzelfde, dat de boeren echt eens duurzaam moeten boeren... Hun protesten zijn veel geblaat en weinig wol.

@lydiaconwell Now I see him halting on his way out as if a thought struck him. Then he turns around half and then asks some seemingly nonrelevant question. He smiles slightly, his filthy cigar still in hand which he semi-waves with. Then he saunters back to where you are, and his questioning is starting to be very uncomfortable for you...

Went for a brisk walk for about one hour. I'm tired and a bit sweaty, naturally (and it was also a bit warm). But hey, otherwise I'm pretty fine except for an annoying throat! Eventually that'll be less annoying too and be back to its chronic annoying self. :P

@Pat Ha, my guess was right. I was thinking 'Is that an Estonian flag?' and was about to check it out. :)

@freemo Well, you're American. You're supposed to only have 10 vacation days in a year or something like that!

@sean The trick is to decide a budget beforehand.

Then play mind-tetris to make those games fit and then you go prioritize which ones you really really want and make it fit. :)

@sergeant@mstdn.social Als ze niet al vol zijn na eerst hier 'gegeten' te hebben...

So far I've bought 3 games at the Steam sale:

- *Lost Flame*, a unique roguelike I've played during a free weekend and kept thinking back to it ever since, and development has picked up again recently so it is a good time to get it!
- *Grindstone*, I played the demo during the recent Next Fest, the game released right after. I liked this funky color-matching game so much that I simply got it.
- *Mars Power Industries Deluxe*, dirt cheap puzzle game. It's a pretty good thinking game that's busting my poor brain.

They are very replayable, so I'm pretty happy with my purchases. :blobderpyhappy:

@sean Just buy 2 or 3 games, not too expensive, no AAA titles, then you can get far without breaking bank. ;)

@johnabs Thanks. Currently coughing my lungs out to get rid of the solid slime.

Well, at least the sneezing and nose leaking has stopped... Especially the sneezing was damn annoying.

Now I just have to deal with sore muscles around my ribcage while coughing... :P

@johnabs See the maps. ;)

And of course I live in the north. :P I wouldn't want to live in Amsterdam area myself, too busy. You can opt for delivery though. Costs a few euro but it's still a possibility. Just not same-day delivery naturally.

The first two maps is of the Albert Heijn supermarket chain. My favorite supermarket, but their amount of pickup points is lagging behind on Jumbo, my 2nd favorite supermarket... That's the third map.

I like the app of AH more though. Well, if it allows me to log back in... something bugged out. :P But otherwise it's one of the best supermarket apps there is. Jumbo's app is alright.

No clue what other chains (Lidl, Aldi, Dirk, Poiesz, Edah, DEEN, Hoogvliet, MCD, Spar, Vomar, PLUS, Coop... etc... :P) offer. ;) They're smaller chains for the most part, so maybe not much in terms of delivery or pickup.

Chances are that you can just visit the 2-3 ones around the corner wherever in NL and it won't be too busy if you shop at sensible times (early morning, just before closing, etc... don't do a saturday on an afternoon is all I'm saying!)

@cweickhmann Acre feet...? Isn't acre a surface area unit? How do you do volumes with that one?

@fraggle I bet the majority of the code would be along the lines of 'WORK ALREADY YOU FUCKING PIECE OF CODE SHIT!'...

@johnabs Technically speaking my supermarket chain offers that option... at pickup points in other towns. :/ Bit silly to drive 20 minutes out to pick it up while the supermarket is pretty much around the corner here.

@mur2501 Oh, not bad! You can do some nice stuff with it! :D That'll also be useful for your studies. ;)

@freemo

@stux That's why as soon as there's an ad I record it, and will continue watching that programme later where I can skip the ads...

I'm very very good at watching programmes with a delay. ;)
