@medigoth You actually did, you quoted me too just then. :) The "-symbol is quote. The arrow to the left is replying.

A quote is a post where you make an original first post while quoting somebody (and will show up in the timeline), so it is not going to be part of any conversation thread.

@medigoth If you wanted to respond to that person you quoted specifically, you'd best just use the Reply feature, or mention them in your response. A Quote doesn't automatically inform the quoted person.

Playing the MineColonies mod in this Minecraft modpack I'm playing really makes me want to play RimWorld... The idea is strikingly similar.

In MineColonies you work with prefab buildings that you can level up. And RimWorld is more customizable and more insane, but in 2D.

@johnabs I once knew a professor who was into knitting in his spare time. He offered to knit that hat for me if I could front him the money for the yarn. So I paid up, and a month later or so he mailed me the hat. It was awesome, lol. The instructions on the site we looked at might've been a bit off with the sizes, though. Was a little bit too big. ;)

But it wasn't a hundred bucks. ;) Much cheaper.
