@slider7420 Oh right, Argentinia, of course, the ones who beat the Dutchies. I must be unknowingly suppressing that memory even though I'm not invested into football at all. 😋

World Cup Chatter

@slider7420 Neat. So... Morrocco, France... Semi-finals are 4 countries right? The other 2 are uhhh... Croatia... and uhhhh... Is the 4th one known yet?

World Cup Chatter

@slider7420 Heh. When I checked the news about an hour or so ago, and when scrolling I saw that France-England was 0-1. Woh, so the frogs fought back? :D

World Cup Chatter

@slider7420 Oh what's the score now at then?

@peterdrake
I played Gamedec, which is a Cyberpunk game where you're a detective investigating for clients in virtual worlds. Got the graphics style of Shadowrun, but without all that combat. It's heavily story driven so lots of reading and talking. :)

I've solved my first case, the side-quests that got piled on me in that first virtual world were pretty absurb. I'm certain that the decisions I made in this first case might be of influence to my future cases.

After that I quickly checked out Stirring Abyss which is a Lovecraftian turn-based strategic game where you're stranded on the ocean floor in a 60's diving suit (with big helmet and all that) and have to figure out a way back to the surface. It's got plenty of potential, but I decided to call it quits when my party managed to reach the stranded sub. I really like that art style too.

I think I actually gamed too much today, which is _pretty damn nice_ for a change. Even if I have a bit of a headache now. ;)

And with gaming I do mean actual gaming, not my bazillionth round in Star Realms that I play a bit every day anyway.

Now playing Gamedec (currently in Fanatical's Ripper bundle). So far I like it. Detective game in a Cyberpunk setting with nice graphics a la Shadowrun.
Was in the mood since I recently finished Detective Di which I also enjoyed although that one has pixel graphics, quite a contrast. ;)

@favus Mm yeah, pets aren't free in maintenance. But the reality? Oh I'd love it. :D

@dinosauce Yeah, I knew about that one before, adding a webpanel. Just wondered if this specific one from Vivaldi itself would be able to be adjusted to another site. Doesn't seem to be.

UFoI drama, moderation complication

@peterdrake
Regarding point 5, I actually had tested that before.

Mastodon.art blocks qoto.org.
Todon.nl is neutral with both.

I post something. Todon boosts it. Mastodon.art didn't see it.

@peterdrake Hu, why is fast food two blocks from your house a good thing?

@Floyd Honestly, they should've folded that piece of cloth inside out. Standard practice when washing printed stuff.

Just sent off a mail to Nacon to ask for clarification which is which with those GC-100 controllers. There seem to be 2 models associated with the GC-100(FX) and I can't tell them apart in those online stores.

Neither can those stores as they often display BOTH models in their product images. 👀

Upon hearing from a buddy that there were at least 2 fights and 17 yellow cards, I wonder if I missed out on a spectacle. But hey, I gamed during this time, so all is right. ;)

17 yellow cards, apparently a record at a world cup. I guess we were good at _something_!

Well, on the upside it means that the football craze here is over. That's worth something too! 😋

Not that I had noticed it that much anyway, december isn't really a great time for people to go outside and watch football at a BBQ. 😂
