@whateveryouart Anyone you like the posts of. My following list is also grown organically. You could also check out the FF hashtag if there's anyone to your fancy.

... Oh great. The government has fallen. :eyeroll:

Dutch politics is really stupid.

@iPabloSB Tomorrow and day after more burritos! (I made enough for 3 days)

Mine's chicken burritos. Though with even more paprika, I probably could leave out the chicken too.

Why do I cook burritos only on hot days? But damn, that tasted good.

@javifields But still, that's quite a storm if it managed to cause a huge ravage indoors.

@javifields Ohh, better. A couple days ago we had a storm in the Netherlands (and a bit into Germany), one death in NL and one death in DE due to falling trees.

The crazy part about this is, that Meta didn't HAVE to subvert the protocol or find ways to bribe instance admins into showing their ads.

All they had to do was **announce **they'd be supporting a supplementary protocol some time in the future, and part of the Fediverse start acting exactly counter to the ideal of an open protocol, thus starting the almost inevitable downfall of a network that worked extremely well, in some incarnations, for more than ten years.

Imagine Mail or SMS starting to fracture into cells of smaller networks, because Mail Provider A does not think their users should be able to email users from B and C, while C doesn't talk to D and D won't let you receive mail from A. Imagine not being able to send a SMS to T-Mobile number, because Sprint doesn't think you should be able to, and Telefonica blocking Cyta, because Vodafone is blocking PrimeTel...

Yeah, let's do that. Zuckerberg hasn't even entered the ring, and you already threw the towel.

@ClaraListensprechen4 Me neither. 'Home' and 'Local' and 'Federated' timelines were pretty obvious imo. 'Live Feeds' isn't, even Federated could have been live.

@ClaraListensprechen4 It's now called Explore looks like, and 'local timeline' is apparently called 'Live Feeds' now.

@ClaraListensprechen4 Yea, new Mastodon has changed a few things here and there. The old Federated line doesn't seem to work anymore (I tried with my backup account on mastodon.social).

@ClaraListensprechen4 Ah good, because next I wanted to suggest that if /explore itself worked that you would have to contact your admin to get that back on the menu. But that part seems resolved, so looks alright now?
Maybe just mention it to the admin anyway that there was a weird glitch and that you had to do this to have it back. But glad it's resolved now. :)
