@rlamacraft Solution is to have a 'statiegeld' on those smaller plastic bottles as well.. Err what do you call them.. recycle bonus? They're planning to do that here. So far only bottles of 1 liter and above have that.

@rlamacraft I dunno, I reuse my plastic water bottles. Kinda hard to do with a can.

@DavidBond Just curious if there's any particular reason on why not NextCloud?

@lucifargundam Heh, that 'Justification against' is immediately solved by 'Justification for'.

@freemo

Had a chat with a buddy earlier this evening. I just learned the sign for 'conspiracy theory' from him. I don't know if it's an official sign, but it totally made sense.

Just form a triangle shape with both your hands and thumbs. Look through the triangle with one eye.

That's it! 😜

@freemo Oh yeah. And some RTS games have a size limit for your fleets/armies. Sometimes you can adjust a config file to make that unlimited size, and then that's a lot more fun. A whole army worthy of Mordor!

What I've noticed when playing RTS games is that I'm a turtler. I take satisfaction in totally building up my area/station/empire/whatever infrastructure and then 100% dominating everybody. Speedruns ain't for me here.

@freemo You can still do that. Just put in a slow HDD! 5400RPM or so! Lots of crackling guaranteed!

@JonathanMBR Not only that but also the upcoming variants, he's prepared bigtime!

@charlag I agree. That's why I'm on an instance which allows for large posts. I don't like those tiny limitations, it limits a good discussion.
It also seems to be mostly Mastodon with this limitation as other platforms are more relaxed with their post size.

@lydiaconwell I gather you haven't got slow mode enabled so the feed keeps auto-scrolling?

@bonifartius I misread it as nonsense upgrades at first and was really confused for a second.

@julianruf Still, it's amazing that the floppy disk is still universally recognized as the symbol for saving.

My butterfly bush actually has a butterfly on it. Who'd have thought? ;)

This bush is going to be oh so nice next year when it's managed to grow some more, can't wait! What you see in the photo is basically almost all of it, it's not that big yet but it sure has a large flowery branch already!

The other bush next to this one is still trying to recover but I think it might be able to pull through. I've placed a pole next to it to straighten it up a little bit more. I'll see if that works out.
