This one is now a backup account, my activities on Qoto will be low.

Used to be on another mastodon server regularly, but it's been inaccessible since November 2020. So I've decided to join Qoto instead! I like the features this server has to offer.

Clickers and Programming here, with deckbuilders a good third... 😬
Maybe I should go play more RPGs or something!
@gpowerf From what I see from the site of KontrolFreek, it's just stuff like precision rings, better grip, etc. Mostly improvements that's just surface modding.
But from the picture you show me, it kind of looks like you _added_ extra buttons on the back. That would mean modifying the device in a way to recognize the extra buttons, or..?
Is that plugged in in the front of that thing or something?
@magicaltrout Hehe, cool. Was it edible? :D
@gpowerf How do you extend such a thing on a standard XBox controller? I mean... do you need to mod it?
@sergeant Bedankt. Jij ook beterschap!
@hvangalen
Daarom zijn de bruggen nog steeds nodig! 😊
Fietssnelwegen!
@StroomAfwaarts @hvangalen
@bentality It'll probably end up like the flu shot... all fragile (or whatever the word would be in English) people will get an invitation.
From pandemic to endemic.
@bentality Hope so too. I'm vaccinated and have a booster, but that's almost a year ago now (which is why I thought it was time for another booster...)
Guess I just was a tad too late. :P
@bentality Just a very annoying dry throatache at the moment. And a bit a humid nose.
So far it's comparable to an onset of an annoying cold to me. Hope it stays that way and that I won't have hurty lungs. My mom's got it worse (and I probably got it from her).
Very funny. Made an appointment for a booster today... I can cancel it already. I've got my natural booster now...
Just tested positive. :P

Rosalind Franklin’s research was crucial to discovering DNA’s double helix structure 🧬 but it was James Watson & Francis Crick who received the credit & Nobel Prize.
Unknown to Franklin, the pair saw her unpublished data & X-ray diffraction images, inspiring their famous model. They never acknowledged her contribution until after her death.
How many discoveries & innovations of #women do we attribute to the men who took credit for their ideas?
