Leaders can Oppress or Impress and often both to garner followers.

one persons chaos can be another's order, order often takes understanding. that is only preceived chaos, does pure chaos even exist ?

What makes a leader and good leadership. First its important to recognize that good is highly subjective.

A leader is a leader because people choose to follow, thats it.

All the templates we design to state what makes a good leader are only cultures we create.

Consider these questions for various people including the few I put down.

1. was x a leader?
2. was x an effective leader?
3. was x a good leader IYO?

... in fact most everyone has lead at some point to some degree.

Monoculture is dangerous and the organic process will always favor diversity, good, bad, grey.. naturally. Even the divesity of leaders that themselves are not diverse such is the nature of the infinite chaos/order we live within. There have been many chaotic souls demanding and creating order of their own designs.

for better or for worse everything is subjective and some cultures are totally different then our own.

When attacking a leader consider that you are also attacking their followers.

IMO

A leader is a person people choose to follow.

A effective leader satisfies their followers and goals.

A good leader is subjective.
