OMG! This newbie just discovered "slow mode" and my life has changed for the better! Now I can control the rate of new toots being added to the various columns on my dashboard. Just go to Settings/Preferences and make sure the "slow mode" box is checked. Perfect! :)
this is confusing and I have been around a while - I'm on my fourth server now fun but so loose.
