@natecull I find it hard to figure out what conservatives are trying to conserve, even here.

I generally have no idea what people stand for any more other than lets just do X, and let the next generation pick up the pieces.

@natecull Wasn't Clinton Democrat the same as Regan was ? and yet Regan saw in the end of communism. I think we did have George bush in after Regan though so Bush was Republican.

Sure admins can help, with some stuff, but being able to do that is more empowering to users,. plus it gives us an idea of what the latest fake news is .

Esp if we are not on mainstream social media.

Maybe the country lost its way. Cold war there was a common purpose, but once communism fell the US needed something to do.

Didn't trump promise to build rebuilt roads. bridges etc. Or did he do that, just didn't make the news over here in the UK.

@pamby1 We live in a world where people want / expect instant results, instant updates to the news etc. So having to wait a few months is a concept that is alien.

Saying that once the james Webb telescope has launched it is going to take about six months to set up, systems checks, temp etc, at least according to one of the lectures.

One of the reasons I am concerned all the news hype is going to be huge, then very little data for six months.

But in science stuff takes a long time anyway.

@valleyforge yes I think so, ideal for software (or is it malware) such as zoom. It is a needed evil, so may as well isolate as much as possible.
