After several cases of apps that sell discounted drugs selling customer's health records to Meta without the users' knowledge, here we go with the case of a public hospital selling medical records to Meta.

This is wrong in so many levels it makes me wanna stop the world and get off.

We need international laws that strictly regulate the sharing of medical records with private businesses (especially those that aren't professionally qualified to handle them), and we need them now.

I did some research into my home network tonight and found out my 'smart bulbs' were borking my gateway, trying to reach out.

Time to roll back to traditional soft light LEDs.

Looking back at some logs, I moved my Raspberyy Pi home server to Void Linux on December 16th last year. The hope was to have a bit more stability, while still keeping the benefits of a rolling release distro. Void has thus far exceeded my expectations and is going strong with very little care required.

The average annual cost of owning a car is $8000.
Depending on the model it can range from $5000 to $12000,though.

If local governments really wanted to "ease the pressure of costs of living" on their populations, they'd fund #PublicTransport, #cycling and #walking, allowing people the freedom to NOT own a car and automatically putting 8k dollars in the pockets of every ex motorist.
