@bullivant @samueljohnson @ColmDonoghue It strikes me that the political system in the UK rewards the creation of the disparity, while the Irish system works against it. The leader in Ireland needs to reward all areas somewhat, while in the UK whole regions can be punished because they’re electorally of no value.

I was poking around on here and came across an #AskMeAbout post.

Basically, the idea behind this hashtag is that you make a post listing a few topics that you know a lot about and are willing to chat about with other people.

So many times my clients and my connections associate me with one particular thing that I have helped them with, but that’s not all the things that I do, or all the things that I am an “expert” on.

Juno Shares Stunning new Images of Jupiter's Volcanic Moon Io

With its primary mission over, NASA's Juno is taking bold flights closer to Jupiter, making flybys of its moons. On July 30th, Juno came within 22,000 km of the surface of Io, Jupiter's closest large moon, known for being the most volcanically active world in the Solar System. The stunning images showed a world that's awash in volcanoes and lava flows. When Voyager flew past in 1979, it discovered the volcano Prometheus, and new images from Juno show that Io's "Old Faithful" is still erupting decades later.
