So is there a crime such as Accessory to these, that by claiming this is self defense we are empowering the Netenyahu government rather than condemning it

No problem and thank you
Seems like similar issues to those in Palestine, I wonder if this explains the stance the US is taking,.

Dear Keir Starmer,
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PROSECUTE UK OFFICIALS COMPLICIT IN WAR CRIMES
NOTICE OF COMMISSION OF WAR CRIMES AND CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY BY
ISRAEL IN GAZA
Following public statements by senior members of the Labour Party providing
unequivocal support for Israeli military action in gaza and failing to condemn Israeli
aggression as amounting breaches of international criminal law we put the Labour
Party’s Leadership on notice that we intend to bring legal proceedings against
politicians in the UK and elsewhere where there is evidence that they have aided,
abetted or in any other way supported, encouraged or provided material assistance in
the commission of a war crime.
In light of the catastrophic situation currently unfolding in Gaza, and clear evidence that Israel
has committed war crimes and is on the verge of committing mass atrocity crimes in Gaza,
this letter raises and highlights concerning statements from members of the Labour Party
expressing complete and unequivocal support for Israel, and for an unconditional right to
defence, without demanding that Israel's actions are carried out in full compliance with
international law (and particularly in accordance with the principles of proportionality,
distinction and precaution for Gazan civilians), and without acknowledging and condemning
the war crimes and crimes against humanity already committed against the civilian population
in Gaza since 7 October 2023.
This letter is provided to the Labour Party leadership in order to emphasise that under
international criminal law and its jurisprudence on individual criminal responsibility, support
provided to perpetrators of international crimes can be investigated and prosecuted by the
International Criminal Court and third States under the principles of Universal Jurisdiction. This
includes support by foreign officials, including from the UK, of Israel's actions when there is
demonstrable evidence that international crimes have already been committed and when
there is clear evidence that further crimes against civilians will imminently be perpetrated.
This letter is sent by International Centre of Justice for Palestinians (ICJP)' - an independent

I fully agree with this, and yes can you publish the whole letter please.
Pathetic the lot of em, and the UK parliament is not much better either
@zleap Sadly too many Americans elected a key bunch of performance artist grifter narcissistic types who seem to not be able to grow up, and too many of the ones who might have been are cowed and afraid to stand up.
Building an open alternative to Bandcamp
So, as I alluded to yesterday, I've been chatting with folks about the current state of affairs regarding Bandcamp's acquisition and, most recently, massive layoffs. While it's been a good platform for a lot of independent musicians for a number of years, I don't trust the motivations of the new ownership to continue to operate the platform in a way that benefits those same independent musicians, and I don't believe going to yet another corporate-owned-and-operated silo is in anyone's best interests.
Thread continues...

Israeli air forces have struck the Al-Ahli Arabi Baptist Hospital in the centre of Gaza City.
The #Gaza health ministry said at least 500 people have been killed.
I just.... can't comprehend how they can get away with this. Israel has military superiority, political superiority, they control the food, the water, the medicine going into Gaza. People in Gaza are defenseless and on their knees!
And what do you do, Israel? You fucking bomb their hospitals.
This is genocide.

And the west bank
Can't the US congress, house or whoever it is just GROW UP and put their pathetic immature behavior and differences to one side and focus on the Humanitarian crisis unfolding by the hour in the Middle east and the prospect of this escalating to a regional conflict.
@rebel63@mstdn.social @seachanger
Agreed, this is win at all or any cost,
I could see it getting worse, but that was kinda obvious it would.
It was 500 a hour or so ago.
