@Hyolobrika @Gargron If the are just posting pictures / text with his name or photo then they are linking him to what ever they are posting.
What will the next stage be? it could get worse, stay as it is, or stop either way keeping the evidence helps later on.
Other than that, I am not sure.
I would keep as evidence.

Someone has sent me 10 e-mails worth of what looks like Q-anon type conspiracy drivel mixed in with pictures of me with the subject "Truth Social" so right now I'm wondering if I should delete them and block the sender or keep them as evidence in case it escalates lol

So what exactly is the solution to this, you can't have endless streams of people over the border, looking for something may never find.
Where is the UN? ,They surely need to help sort out the situation these people are in, who are clearly desperate and looking for a better life.

So basically while they are entitled to film in public, the idea they should section an area off , warn people to protect others privacy is clearly perhaps lost on them.
Common courtesy and respect for others is really going out of the door these days eh
@emacsen @atoponce So they need to make this more about protecting and enforcing the AGPL and protecting others that create works under that perhaps.
As in if one person can violate the AGPL then as I said it opens up a flood of others.
If nothing else, this will be in the news / media, and we will get clueless journalists trying to explain the AGPL and others., so we need to really push what all this means to the general population without giving too much publicity to trump.

Based on the fact this is AGPL, their case to release all source is going to be very strong, but I wonder what enforcement will look like.
The only big concern I have is whether a judge will view Conservancy as having standing.
