@freemo Good point, it is still transcoding at the moment. I have a few similar videos, so could be useful for tutorials etc.

@freemo

I have just made a Short video on how to change the theme. It is transcoding as I type this.

This is what I like about fedi, a concern / question is raised, and rather than trying to fob people off, you get a response such as this, that explains the issue and suggest possible solutions.

Good idea, they seem really good, website is well laid out and they seem transparent and want to follow the local rules on tax etc.

The more we help the smaller service providers the more they can grow.

This seems rather ironic from Meta (aka facebook)

One problem could be that there are not enough editors or reviewers on wikipedia.

Home schooling is perhaps the way forward, it just depends on what is being taught too.

Much to the chagrin of the intolerant leftist teachers unions, parents actually care:

1) what indoctrination & pornography their children are being subjected to.

2) forcing experimental killshots on children

3) that masking kids isn't good for their children mentally

The result is parents are finding other ways to educate their children.

@Coffeedrinker

I can see this happening year after year forever unless we accept, that like influenza, Covid mutates and we simply need to live with it.

I received notification yesterday my daughter’s flight back to college (in January) is cancelled. I suspect a big lockdown is coming and will be announced Tuesday-

Looking at this, i think I agree with you

personalitysecret.blogspot.com

probably explains why the people who are in charge f making decisions make decisions that seem totally crap, and usually talk a load of rubbish too.

Managers seem to like all this stuff. The rest of us just want to get on with doing the best job we can do.

@vriska What the hell is a pop psychology personality quiz ?

@scoots

I watched a TV program a few years ago where a doctor tried a test to see what would happen if meds were replaced with medication. The result for the child was better sleep, no loss of appetite and managed to stay attentive at school.

It was all done properly but I think this sort of thing perhaps need more looking in to.

Not that the big pharma companies who make money from these meds will probably agree there.
