That makes sense to me, if you undertake data collection as to how and where wheels are used, then AI can analyse that and come up with better wheels.
However that may say have been replace wooden wheel with wooden wheel with metal rim. Would that improvement have included a better axel or perhaps suspension.?
Just a shame it too so long for this to happen, justice needs to be fair and proportionate clearly, BUT it needs to happen quickly for the sake of the victims and others.
Is there any evidence that Ash Dieback is related to climate change, seems that has become a huge issue for the species in recent years.

I don't think I need to pass the value of y to the function, nevertheless the program still works. If you keep y in place you can add a count to monitor what the loop is doing.
