Attention span seems to be more to do with how long we can focus on a particular task, video, game etc.
Patience seems to be connected to how long something takes before we perhaps intervene, so when working with children you need to give them time to complete a task, or if carrying out or learning something new you need to be patient so you can give your self time to really learn that and grasp that concept.
Be patient, and something will happen, useful for science experiments that may take a long time to complete for example.

Yes, if a free software project or private person used or made anything that resembled (even closely and not intentional) a corporate logo or name that person feels the full weight of the corporate legal team,
I hope so, looking at their new logo, it also looks seriously like the X.org logo.

This rebranding is going to force hundreds of organisations to reprint leaflets, publicity materials and also websites to accomodate the new logo and twitter branding. Many probably can't afford to do so.
We as the fediverse user base need to use this window to go in for the kill, promote the fedi like crazy in order to direct people towards replacement services on the fediverse.
