I tried to read that and to me it just looks like a load of complex legalese gibberish,. I don't have a degree in law to interpret.
I see serious child safeguarding concerns here.

I'm following the devastating news from Slovenia, where one month's worth of rain fell in 24 hours. It's the biggest natural disaster in the young country's 32-year history. Large parts of the country are flooded. I can't even begin to imagine the time and money needed to recover from this.
But it's hard to find non-Slovenian coverage of this disaster. Press agencies like Reuters and AP are reporting it, but newspapers in, say, Germany or the US aren't picking it up.

On 6 August 1991, Tim Berners-Lee wrote to a newsgroup: "The WWW project merges the techniques of information retrieval and hypertext to make an easy but powerful global information system."
He noted "Try it" and the world was changed.
Thanks Tim!

The problem I see is, if he was to win this argument then it will send a clear message that intimidation of people involved in prosecting crime, winnesses and victims is perfectly legal. The long term implications of that sort of thing could be massive, and world wide as others will try it in other countries.

When Google was asked why it tried so hard to not allow local communities know how much water it was using, it's spokesman, Philip Wateryeyes said:
"We are Google! What rights have local people? None! And those local politicians? Boy, do we know how to handle them! Go cry a river baby!"

This is shocking. Patients who face long NHS waiting lists & cannot afford to go private are being encouraged to sign up for “buy now, pay later” deals & other personal loans to cover the costs of basic healthcare. How did we allow it to come to this?

Ah thanks, I did have a look at the Britanica article which helped, hence I posted the link to help others too.
@zleap they're mycorrhizal, thriving in association with many kinds of broadleaved trees. It's not rare, and it can come up in the same woods over and over, year after year. But I've never seen it in the numbers I'm seeing now, something about conditions right now.
I fully agree, under ANY other circumstances, (even in a UK court) a defendent who threatens any member of the court, judiciary, witnesses, prosecution or ANYONE would be arrested in contempt of court, at the very least I think. But there are specific crimes that are being committed here, each one probably carries a few years in prison.
🚨🚨 THIS IS BIG:
Special Counsel Jack Smith is officially seeking a protective order in the criminal case brought against
Trump in his attempts to overturn the 2020 election.
The attempt to get a protective order comes after the former President appeared to threaten prosecutors and investigators looking into his criminal behavior on Truth Social. Trump said:
"IF YOU GO AFTER ME, I’M COMING AFTER YOU!"
The motion for a protective order states that conduct like Trump's could result in 'a harmful chilling effect on witnesses' and potentially hurt chances of a fair trial.
Shoudn't Trump be held to the same standard as anyone else in this situation? NO ONE would be able to get away with this.
I thought policies are meant to be based on evidence gatheredby research conducted properly.
People are sick of crime, so clearly people want those who commit crime punished, but I agree with the article in that if this punishment has zero effect and fails to address the issues / causes then the punishment is part of a revolving door where a person comes out, commits another crime and goes back in.
