I am sure at one time schools did have a scheme to help younger kids with their teeth, maybe that was back in 2007 to 2010 before the tories took a chop to it,
It did seem like a good idea though.

Above average temperatures continued across the entire northern half of the Atlantic Ocean during September 2023. Temperatures were also anomalously warm over much of North and South America. The El Niño is of course striking too.

Good grief - werewolf DNA now, these people are just proving how stupid they are
Of course those of us who follow actual science would welcome their research papers, fully written, fully cited and fully researched to back this claim up.
Interesting new research finds long-term symptoms are pretty common following *any* respiratory infections, not just covid, and it happens at roughly the same incidence https://www.theguardian.com/science/2023/oct/06/people-may-suffer-long-colds-more-than-four-weeks-after-infection-study-shows
I agree, either this was not picked up over the past decades OR something is happening to the human physiology that means that a common cold is now causing long term damage to the human body.
Something very odd seems to be happening here, I have had colds and recovered, so what is going on.
Maybe it is lack of people getting out in to fresh air, lack of vitimin D exposure to boost immune system, lack of Vitimin C and other vitimins in our diet.
Either that or Mother nature has simply had enough of humans wrecking the planet and has devised a way to wipe us out in addition to things like fires, floods, hurricanes etc.

Very happy our paper “No Research on a Dead Planet” is out today (free access). Aaron Thierry is very much the lead author, but it’s been great to work together on this and tackle the question: Why do #Universities, with many having declared a #ClimateEmergency, still largely continue with #BusinessAsUsual? For us it’s about #CognitiveDissonance as well as the structures of neoliberal #HE. We need to change & lead on true #ClimateAction. @ScientistRebellion

Our capitalist rulers, and the politicians they own, are playing the long game. Since the 1950s they have been working steadily to shift the Overton window, to reduce the influence of labor unions, to boost consumerism, and to concentrate wealth and power in the hands of a few.
A large part of that strategy involves privatizing services that used to be (and should be) public.
They're playing the long game, and they are winning — much to the detriment of you and me and the environment we live in.
Is it just the axe to police budgetsd, what about youth services (granted they are not statutory) but services such as mental health, community services etc, all got cut, all the services that support people IN need and hopefully serve to be there BEFORE people reach a point where they turn to crime.

Polls are showing Biden and Trump about even and this is telling us something troubling about our fellow citizens.
It is showing that a person's exposure, good or bad, in the news is a major factor in how that person is perceived.
We are so constantly being brainwashed with advertising and fake news that some of us have lost the ability to think clearly. Couple that with an undereducated, illiterate population of voters and you can see the result: Trump.
Biden is not a fool, and he has an expert election team going into the campaign. The brilliant tactics used to win in 2020 were the result of competent management of the campaign.
Pray that happens in 2024.

While we wait for more testimony:
"America needs to talk about the right's 'Red Caesar' plan for dictatorship
Step 1: Foment utter chaos, like the McCarthy ouster. Step 2: Tell voters the only way to fix the chaos is dictatorship
Why 'Red Caesar' is Code Red for democracy"

The west is self destructing, Putin is probably biding his time so once America has self destructed and civil war breaks out, 10s of millions will die and Russia or China et al will just move in and take over.
