The X-10 graphite reactor at Oak Ridge went critical # OTD in 1943.

Built as part of the Manhattan Project, it was the second artificial nuclear reactor (after Fermi's Chicago Pile 1) and the first to operate continuously.

Last week I lost my #job for the third time THIS YEAR: once to a bankruptcy, once to a toxic CEO, and again last week due to an acquisition by a parent company that eliminated my position.

My background is in #solar #sales #leadership though I also have high writing proficiency (including a master's degree in creative #writing). Can you pass this around and reply if you have any job leads? I have 0 runway left at this point.

The next time you see high gas prices, remember that Exxon posted $9.1 billion in earnings for the third quarter of this year. The money is coming out of consumers’ pockets and going back to Exxon’s wealthy shareholders, to which it gave $8.1 billion in Q3.
