Merry Christmas everybody, it's time to rise and shine!

On a recent summer night a small crew targeted BAE systems offices in Naarm (Melbourne) in solidarity with the people of Palestine.

BAE systems is a weapons manufacturer with an ongoing, long term relationship with the Israeli Defence Force. It manufactures and provides parts for f-35 stealth combat fighters currently used to drop bombs on Gaza.

We claim this action as part of the global struggle in solidarity with Palestinian liberation. We send much love to those participating in the struggle all around the world and encourage a full range of action to be taken towards liberation and against capitalism, war profiteering and colonisation.

This story of North Korea’s nuclear program being funded by hacking crypto reminds me of why Silicon Valley VCs infatuation with crypto annoyed me so much.

While there were techies who naively bought the hype that the blockchain and decentralized would magically solve a host of problems, VCs like a16z were never that naive.

Crypto allowed them to create a new financial system with no regulations. Insider trading? Go ahead. Money laundering? That’s just decentralization.
