@freemo correct. An almost "from scratch" understanding as if we had a nuclear Holocaust and I had to understand it enough to be able to recreate rudimentary radio communication.

@freemo you seem like a physics buff. Tell me, how would you recommend I learn the physics of RF and waves and signals using a radio and SDR kit? Is it worth it to do it that way? Any suggestions?

Goal: make a radio and hook it to an mcu, write a library to decode digital radio signals using said radio, and essentially have make my own digital radio scanner. Additionally, I'd like to have an option to do some signal processing to change my voice when using the radio for transmitting.

@freemo org-mode + org-roam basically allows me to have a file with code/latex/comments and export to PDF or website whilst being easily searchable in a linked manner that is visually appealing.

@freemo forgot to share this earlier. This meme encapsulates Joe's persona pretty well. He isn't the brightest bulb out there but he is overall good hearted even if (as a comedian) some of his jokes don't land well or are a little insensitive but without that process we wouldn't have jokes as somebody needs to come up with them and tell them to figure out if they're any good.

@freemo yeah I started watching his stuff due to some interesting people he had on (Nick Bostrom and Mike Tyson) and then got hooked on it. He is legit the furthest thing from a racist. Not only that but he is not even right wing (pro abortion, pro free healthcare, pro welfare, etc.) It's just that he is antiwoke and said some stuff which may be considered trans insensitive like that Teens shouldn't get the surgery or that male anatomy shouldn't be in changing rooms meant for male anatomy.

So, apparently "sharp" cos similarity can be as good as convolutions but with 10-100x less compute?

@visne I suggests wearing headphones and playing either ADHD music or brown noise. Additionally, you may want to try talking to your brother and asking him to be more quiet as you need to focus on your studies.

@2ck in my country this is super common irrespective of the length of the journey but when I moved to the UK friends always complained about me being weird/paranoid for texting/calling to make sure they got home safely...

@freemo iirc Arabs have something in their culture about not mistreating animals so that may not be a good indicator over there since from your statement we could end up making the generalization that all Arabic countries are safe which we know isn't the case thus, your statement is wrong. Proooff by contradiction.
