It seems the OpenWorm project is stuck in development hell, "only 20 to 30 percent of the way towards where we need to get." Still waiting to simulate the full neural activities of the worm on a computer. #cyberpunk
If there's no progress to be made, perhaps they should reallocate the budget to develop open source CRISPR cat ears instead.

anyways, the project is still going. it's just that we're almost all part-time volunteers who mostly do other stuff. occasionally we publish.
