lol, why on earth is “react to server-level announcements” a feature
i like it, but what on earth is the intended purpose?
@selectric Gauging the general response to instance level changes and updates? It's nice to get a feel for what the general consensus is on an update, it's just a feature for communication with your community.
@ottergauze ah, yeah, i could see that. dunno, i've only ever used it to announce maintenance windows (or when there's been an unexpected error)
@selectric Depends on the instance, yeah. Take this announcement from my instance for... instance.
