person on youtube I watch religiously because they make consistently Good Shit

at the end of one video they do this really heartfelt "thank you" to their subscribers

I wonder how they would feel about people such as myself, that "subscribe" via RSS and watch via mpv, contributing neither ad revenue nor to the subscriber and view counts

as it is, it's not like I'd show up in any statistics they can see, so I guess they don't at all
