#clozurecl is a #commonlisp despite the deceptively similar name to cloJure it is spelled with a Z cloZureCL.
I work for clozure.com, doing contract work these days, but I worked on Clozure Common Lisp itself between 2000 and 2007, back when it was called Macintosh Common Lisp. SBCL is also a good choice, as is Lispworks, though that is not free. The IDE that ships with Lispworks is pretty good, but I still prefer Slime.
