The Treasury debt limit drama has begun, and it’s on investors’ radar screens. The cost of buying insurance in the case Treasury fails to pay its debt on time is high and rising fast. It’s already more than in 2011 when that drama caused S&P to strip the U.S. of its AAA rating.
