Upon further reflection on that Express article about those poor rich people having to curtail their second homes in France, it occurs to me that cannot augur well for Tory future success.
But I can't imagine how it would augur well for Kier "Workable Brexit" Starmer either. Might that open the door to a Scot PM? Nah.
