As a Brit I am disappointed to have lost CNN News on my TV to get my fix of US political news when I switched TV provider from Sky to Virgin Media (though I could still get an online feed). The last 2 days though I have been impressed with NBC News which has replaced it in my TV listings.

@snuffleorc try the Breaking Points podcast on spotify/youtube. You will probably appreciate it more than either of those cable channels.
