oh cool so apparently i cant reproduce this css issue that happens on an iPhone SE using the dev tools screen size and dpi stuff, which means its probably actually a safari issue
why and how exactly did i turn into a php/webdev again? i'm not good at this stuff (props to anyone who IS good at this)
