NEW: Arizona judge issues sanctions against Kari Lake's attorneys for bringing "frivolous claims" in a lawsuit brought by Lake and Mark Finchem that attempted to prohibit electronic voting machines in Arizona. The lawsuit was dismissed earlier this year.
