I have lupus and I ran out of pain meds months ago, and every time I try to get them refilled, it requires a prior authorization from my doctor's office and they will not do it. They say they're going to, they make notes in my chart, and then I never get what I need.

Sometimes it's not a big deal and I'm not in pain, and then sometimes I wake up with a raging headache and painful muscles and I kind of want to die, like today.
