Buddy

Can I ask you for a Boost?

I'm told that boosting is better than favoriting posts on here, and I'm working on that habit myself.
I'd really love to see how far and wide a picture of Buddy can go. If you see this, give me a boost and maybe I'll see how big this network can get!

What a great photo!

If you want it to really go far, put in some very descriptive alt-text. Describe it so someone can imagine a picture as good as the photo. A lot of people (like myself) won’t boost without

@DrJLCatlett I've got alttext in the photo. Are you just saying it's not descriptive enough?
Do you have any suggestions how you would describe that photo? I'm working on the habit of adding that text but I struggle sometimes knowing what's effective.

Your other photos have alt text, but I don’t see it in this one. What viewer do you use?

I struggle too, but I think I’m getting better.

@cavyherd had a good alt text above.

@DrJLCatlett @cavyherd I'm using the Tusky ap. I think that's what you mean by viewer?

Right. Some of the aps don’t show the alt text at all, making it hard to tell whether you included it.

Your alt text is great! Not sure why I can’t see it.
