@sugarcheri@mstdn.social my mother used to tell me a story about her corelle. She had just bought a set and was very proud of how durable it was. She brought it to a friend’s house and tried to show how great it was… by dropping it on the ceramic tiled floor.
Of course it shattered on the tile. 😅
@DrJLCatlett @sugarcheri I thought the same about Pyrex. Had dishes for decades and then I moved and the mover dropped the box. He said “ don’t worry it’s Pyrex.” Opened it and it no longer was. 🤣
