@FailForward he got explained he has to change to a replacement bus in Jaroměř in maybe the clearest terms possible and two minutes later, he was asking me "I heard there's a replacement bus?"

@pony Which obviously was a request for confirmation to sooth his anxiety about whatever uncertainty caused by the term "replacement". The guy just wanted to go home, felt very anxious about the whole thing, so he tried to get an external validation/confirmation that everything is actually OK.
