@Ahriman I think ULA has its role to play. They obviously have a long history of reliability which is important for this industry to keep growing. It will interesting to see if they get some of the government launches for 2020-2025, this LSA should be announced soon. In the long run, they are in tough spot if they can't get any part of their rocket to be reusable.
