Pollution control has become another deathbed for poor people. Thousands of daily wage labourers across NCR have been unemployed for 14 days now. Imagine 14 days of no earning for those who live hand to mouth. But who cares?
Rich people only create demand for pollution, they don't actually increase pollution, and even if they do, they are entitled to it. It's funny how rich find a way out of any responsibility at all on any issue.
India needs a program in every college where each student has to spend two days in a farmers home, talking to them, explaining to them about crop insurance, adv and disadv of organic farming, adv and disadv of GMO, stubble burning, financial management and technology.
Let’s put the rich kids to some good use.
If you don’t complete this outreach program you don’t get your degree.
