Thats because it has nothing to do with pedophilia. It was started by someone who has been campaigning to have cartoons of ambiguous women with small tits (which may be children but usually not explicitly stated) banned as being equivalent to pedophilia... they have been ranting on about distasteful drawings being equivalent to pedophilia since they joined the fediverse.

They just go out of their way not to mention the fact that its about cartoon drawings of fictional characters and hope no one notices and just blocks it anyway.

Clearly legitimate pediphilia like the stuff you mention isn't really their top concern. Its an ego trip because they keep getting laughed at every time they throw a fit over a loli cartoon so now they are picking their wording more strategically.
