Earlier this week, a man contacted me to say 'I am lonely and sad, but I'll give you some $$ to make you feel better. Capische?' It sounded vaguely threatening, and I couldn't understand why he'd said 'capische?' so I asked him to clarify - 'I'm sorry I don't understand - please don't support me in the hope I can take your sadness away because I can't, but I hope you have some good people to talk to.'
Today he's emailed to say 'You are further proof that women are a danger to my sanity'

@JoshuaACasey @NotTheLBCGuy autism does not just mean ‘has no social skills’ and that’s a deeply simplistic and unhelpful way to label it. And as James says, autism isn’t an excuse for treating women like we’re there purely to perform services for men. We are also people!
@girlonthenet @JoshuaACasey everyone’s born without social skills. That is not an excuse for an adult male to use women as purchaseable emotional tampons, regardless of any neurodiversity in play.
