So much to like in this paper dissecting molecular pathogenesis of APDS1 & APDS2. Human <=> mouse. Curious how these rare monogenic PIDs will inform common polygenic autoimmune diseases like SLE. Dysregulation of PI3K pathway may not be so rare!
