New York Times is reporting that Elon has removed Alex Spiro from the legal team.

Don't forget that Elon fired Jim Baker recently, who was Head of Litigation.

This is a company with global operations in a highly-regulated industry, subject to countless laws and regulations, to say nothing of an active FTC consent decree, and so much more—litigations out the wazoo across this country alone, nevermind internationally.

This is going to cause massive problems down the road.

@chancerydaily How much of this is stuff he could wriggle out of by closing shop or having Twitter declare bankruptcy and how much would actually follow and stick to him after?

@LouisIngenthron good question, I'd have to research that, or better yet, find a bk/restructuring specialist who can answer it off the top of their head. :ablobcool:

@chancerydaily @LouisIngenthron it's a great question I've been thinking of a lot lately. Now that he owns twitter, how much of his skin is really in the game - and can he just bankrupt it and walk away untouched?
