Louisiana is now requiring a government issued ID for accessing porn. Wasn't this one of the requirements of the Communications Decency Act to which #Section230 was appended? I think the age requirement parts of the CDA were stuck down in Reno v ACLU.
I'm wondering how this is going to work out, and how people will feel about attaching their ID to their adult content viewing.

@ThinkingSapien Yeah, that seems like a serious #1A problem. Hopefully there's already a lawsuit filed to challenge it.
