I just came up with a brilliant idea: ChatCEO.
All the buzzwords with the same amount of actual value, at a fraction of the cost!
Based on registered domains, I am very much not the first person to have this idea.

But think about the golf courses? If we didn't have human ceos to gloat about how hard they work while they play golf 40+ hours a week could the golf courses survive?
What would we do without over manicured, over watered, over poisoned eye sores? And golf courses.
