A: Hi Amazon, with your infringement form you can't report images in the product description.
B: Please email cs-reply@amazon.com. -> "You've written to an address that does not accept incoming direct e-mails, but we have provided links to help answer some common questions."
Chat support 1, sorry I have to redirect you to a different chat.
Chat support 2, why don't you purchase this illegal product and tell the seller what you think about it?
The place that sends you mad 🫠.
@sylvia_ritter Last year I was sued by an Amazon seller for posting a bad review. Want to guess how much Amazon itself cared about that?
At this point, the only option is to boycott their shitty service.
@LouisIngenthron Unbelievable. So sorry to hear this. 😑 Unfortunately, as an artist, you need this form even if you don't want to use their services. Unless you don't mind if they also profit from these sales.
@sylvia_ritter Yeah... It's absolute bullshit that they work with companies/individuals who openly break the law and don't even seem to have a real process for addressing that. I can't even imagine how much that would suck if it was eating into my livelihood too.
Sounds like it's ripe for a class-action, but they know that few, if any, of the people affected could manage to set one up...
@sylvia_ritter Well, that, or consumer boycotts. The problem is that the average consumer, for decades now, has chosen lower prices over things like living wages or fair play. We, as a society, are enabling this behaviour. Maybe new laws are the answer, but with their money and lobbyists, they can always carve out a loophole. Collective action seems like the real answer to me.
