@ericholthaus Isn't the NWS essentially "member-owned" already? Are you using that taxpayer-funded data *and* collecting a membership fee?
@LouisIngenthron We're creating an individualized weather service based on public data + our own meteorologists' experience and communication skills. So it's like NWS-plus, but global and eventually in every language.
