This is what happens when the Supreme Court does not distinguish between the entity, it's managers, and it's equity holders:

@LouisIngenthron In 303 Creative, you had one religious woman who entirely owned and ran an LLC. She claimed her free expression rights were violated, both in behalf of the LLC and herself. SCOTUS drew no distinction between the two and held both the LLC's rights and the woman's rights were violated. Now we have a huge publicly traded corporation saying it has the same free speech rights as a single member LLC and nothing in SCOTUS precedent explains how or whether you distinguish.
