@crowgirl Unionizing when you are a contract hire and not a permanent employee is setting yourself up to loose your job. It would be better if as a people we decided that we just won't take those jobs until they offer better terms. Still I hope they get some benefit from their lawsuit, they were treated poorly.

@justin_drawing @crowgirl The fact that they're suing for severance would seem to imply that they were not contract workers. It sounds like the contract mentioned in the article was between their employer and bioware.

Maybe. Nobody is agruing that their labor wasn't exploited, I'm just a bit doubtful that unionizing in that specific circumstance is beneficial. Hopefully they have luck with their lawsuit.
