If you're speculating that some straight man who is a toxic polarizing public figure is gay as a way of making fun of him, you're not as progressive as you think.
Being gay isn't an insult.

@QueerInTheCountry True, although, these days, being called a closeted adult *is* a bit of an insult. It's a modern form of "coward".
@LouisIngenthron I know my toot was vague. It was in response to someone suggesting Jordan Peterson to come out of the closet. He's not gay. They did it to make fun of him.
This was someone who should have known better.
